Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Table Ready (“the App”), operated by Insoc (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Table Ready, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. Table Ready is a play-money training application. If you are struggling with gambling, Table Ready is not a substitute for professional help. (In the United States, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER.)

Description of Service

Table Ready is a mobile application for iOS that teaches and trains users on six casino table games. The App provides:

Blackjack: basic-strategy charts, a flash drill and Hi-Lo card counting
No-Limit Hold’em: range drills and a nine-handed tournament against bots
Craps: the full layout with payouts and house edges, payout drills and a coached table
Ultimate Texas Hold’em: the preflop, flop and river strategy card with a decision drill
Baccarat: the drawing rules, commission and roads drills, Punto Banco and Chemin de fer
Pai Gow Poker: the house way, setting drills and a coached table
A coach that checks your play against each game’s strategy, including on-device explanations with Apple Intelligence
Lessons on chip values, table limits, commission, etiquette and tipping
Progress tracking, session review, daily streaks and iCloud sync
Three table themes, eight languages, and play-money stakes

The App does not offer real-money gambling. No real wagers are placed and no real prizes can be won.

Play Money

All chips in the App are play money with no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, won, transferred, or exchanged for real money or anything of value, and no real-money gambling occurs in the App. The practice stakes are designed to mirror real casino table limits for training purposes only.

Pricing

The App is a one-time purchase of $1.99 (or the local currency equivalent) from the App Store. There are no subscriptions, no advertisements, and no in-app purchases. Apple’s standard refund policies apply to App Store purchases; we cannot issue refunds directly.

Accounts and Data

The App requires no account and no sign-in. Your practice history, chip count, streaks and settings are stored on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your own iCloud account using CloudKit private databases; we have no access to it and cannot read it. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You are responsible for your device. Deleting the App, restoring from a backup, or clearing app data may delete your progress.

Third-Party Services

The App uses Apple’s Foundation Models (Apple Intelligence) for on-device coaching explanations on supporting iPhones. Your use of Apple Intelligence is subject to Apple’s terms and your Apple Intelligence settings. No play data is sent to Apple or any other third party for this feature.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Table Ready only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Use the App to violate any laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or third-party services
Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App to facilitate real-money gambling

Intellectual Property

Table Ready and its original content, strategy data, tables, bots, and functionality are owned by Insoc and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Trademarks

Ultimate Texas Hold’em, Fortune Pai Gow Poker and other game names used in Table Ready and on this website are trademarks of their respective owners, including Light & Wonder, Inc. Table Ready is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Light & Wonder or any casino. Game names are used only to identify the games taught. The App contains no casino logos or licensed artwork, and its lessons, strategy and explanations are written independently.

Disclaimers

“As Is” Basis

Table Ready is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy or completeness of strategy information

No Gambling Advice

The App is a training tool. The strategy information it contains is educational and does not constitute gambling, financial, or legal advice. No game has a winning strategy that guarantees profit, and the house edge in every game remains in the casino’s favour. Using the App, or playing any game it trains, may result in losses if used with real money at real casinos.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insoc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

Loss of data or progress
Loss of profits or business interruption
Losses at real casinos or any real-money gambling activity
Any gambling-related harm

arising out of your use or inability to use Table Ready. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

Posting the updated Terms in the App
Updating the “Last Updated” date
Providing notice through the App or website

Your continued use of Table Ready after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
